It took almost 24 hours for an oil change and tire plug. Also, I ordered the car care package still no washer fluid and I had to deflate my tires because the pressure was too high.

We needed three trailer tires replaced. Originally we were told that we’d have them by the end of the day, but were informed later that day that they would have to be ordered and would be ready the following day. Picked up this morning, I was helped by Brennan. Every bay had a vehicle and the parking lot was full, so I appreciated that he was quick and efficient. I am a bit chatty by nature so I also appreciated that he did not treat me dismissively, despite how busy they were. He offered to load the tires in the back of my car which I appreciated greatly! We expected the cost to be around $350-400. It was $317 with tax. This was our 4th choice of tire stores based on proximity, but it will be our 1st stop the next time we need assistance.

Great customer service...Not a long wait for the inspection.Derrick helped me checkout and explained everything about my inspection results. I really appreciate it. Another man checked me in and I believe another man actually serviced my vehicle (Thanks to you guys too) Derrick explained everything well and even showed me what was wrong. I needed my filters changed (cabin and engine) I would definitely return to this location for an inspection. Honestly, the price to get the filters changed was a little high for my budget especially since my car wasn't having any problems. Once I did some research and saw I could get both things done for less than 1/2 the $ I was quoted, I decided not to get my filters changed there. But I expect Firestone to be a little pricey so not a big deal. The price I paid for the inspection was great and reasonable like I expected. Firestone is a reputable company. My dad was a mechanic and told me to always bring a car there if I am considering getting a new car or just for the inspection if he couldn't look at it. Overall very good experience....Will be back for an inspection probably in 6 months if nothing goes wrong b4 that (fingers crossed)

We brought a vehicle in due to an overheating issue, as our regular mechanic was not available. The car was dropped off at 11:30 AM for diagnostic assessment, with an estimated turnaround of a few hours. We did not receive an update until 5:40 PM, which was near the EOD. They informed us of the primary issue and the associated cost, noting that a secondary issue might exist but could only be diagnosed after the initial repair. Given that our preferred mechanic offered more competitive pricing, we decided to retrieve the vehicle. Upon arrival, I inquired about their availability for the repair. A staff member, Derek, provided a rather complex explanation, which raised some concerns and reinforced my decision to proceed with our original plan to take the car home. He suggested towing the vehicle; however, the towing services we contacted were unable to accommodate a pickup before the shop closed. Consequently, we opted to drive the car home, as our residence is not far from the shop. This decision appeared to cause some frustration on his part, leading me to believe he preferred we leave the vehicle for them to service. I then paid the diagnostic fee, which was quoted as $40 but ult
